My daughter is out-of-control. Does anyone have advice on how to remain calm?

My (8-year-old) daughter’s behavior has reached a point where she is making my life unhappy and unbearable. I have 3 younger children, and she is now seriously affecting my second oldest (who is terrified of her).

Some overview:
1. She currently is in intensive in-home therapy (they come to my home) with a case manager, behavioral therapist, and also a psychiatrist. They work for the same organization. The insurance has approved it for six months with an option for an extension if there's progress in that time. Her doctor also gets updates from all of it. We switched her from her old provider (which was also in-home treatment) to this mental health team about a month ago so there is a chance of progress here due to a different method.
2. She had some power struggles (her doctor’s wording) in the past, but the pandemic led to this level of extreme. It got BAD bad about 12 months ago. She never was told in-home therapy before then. She never hurt my baby or a pet or broke anything major until after the pandemic began. Our state is bad for covid (high death rate led to virtual learning in her district and we still are in the shutdown phases… the gathering limit was one household up until like January).
